My name is Zhao Wenwu, and I am a mold craftsman. With more than 20 years experience in the field of mold fabrication. I graduated in June 1999. And started to be as a mold apprentice In a Taiwan-funded factory. I’m not afraid of hardship. And I enjoy this field. So I often took the initiative to study new technology and thought more. Then my skill level was at the top of the company soon. And I was promoted to be a technical trainer and a production administrator. All the way up to section chief. Which Worked at this factory for six years.
The opportunity is always left to the prepared person. By chance, a Japanese friend. He had one order of mold and lots of people could not do it well. When he found me and I made it out eventually. With a good quality and he was very satisfied.Under his influence, I also started my own business. Focused on technology research and production management. And went to Japan in person In-depth learning of die processing technology and quality management experience.
However,on 11th March , 2011. Japan suffered a magnitude 9.0 earthquake and triggered a tsunami. And Japanese customers happen to be in the worst-hit areas. So that the company has lost its source of orders. Once landed in desperation. And the previous savings only lasted half a year. But I didn't give up. I believe in my technical and service capabilities. And started to explore our own overseas markets. Set up a foreign trading team in the difficulties. And researched on network promotion together with them. Participated in domestic and overseas exhibitions. Discussed the technical solutions and so on. Finally, the company got first order overseas. After a tough period of half a year. The company’s orders began to resume and grew continuously. In the process of developing the international business. Due to our excellent quality and good service. We received lots of mold orders from the world's top 500 enterprises which broadened our international vision. And enhanced the confidence in the service.
